Will the Klaviano team ensure that my listings are up-to-date?

The so-called Autoupdate of offers is part of our paid services. This service usually takes place once a month and consists of uploading the advertisements indicated by the company or verifying them on the basis of the offers available on the company's website. Instruments not present on the company's website suggest to our team that such an offer is no longer available, and must disappear from the Klaviano portal. If a piano salon has new listings on its website, and there are vacancies in the Klaviano package limit, such listings are added by our team on Klaviano.

If the Klaviano team keeps my listings up to date, can I also log in and add ads?

The update of your Autoupdate ads by the Klaviano team does not require you to share your login data with us. At the same time, you can log in to your Klaviano account to answer customer messages and delete or add your ads yourself.
